So what is a Movement and Mobility Assessment?
A full 1 hour assessment with one of our trained Physiotherapists. They will take you through a full body assessment to see if there are any areas in which we can optimize the way you move and preform.
You will also be taught on how to improve any limitations and be given a individualized exercise program to make sure these problems don’t persist.
