We created an 8 week progressive strength program to provide you guidance on how to get strong, improve your performance, and crush your PR’s this year.
After working with runners of all levels, we discovered 2 problems:
1) Runners want to strength train but don’t know where to start.
2) Runners leave performance on the table by not having a strength training routine.
This lead us to create our run strong program!
How it works…
The program includes:

☑️ 2 full body strength workouts with warm-ups per week

✅ The strength program is progressive and builds over the course of the 8 week program
✅ The program is built to target the muscles, tendons, and joints that get loaded during running and will be progressive in nature so you can prepare your body for running
✅ We also include a weekly strength tip that will help you optimize your session

As part of purchasing the program you will also get a free 30 min performance assessment ($125 value) with Eric, one of our registered physiotherapists and a seasoned runner.
