Start your running season off right.

We created a 6 week progressive running and strength program to establish a great base for the start of your running season, and is geared towards relative beginners who need extra guidance.

 

Why did we make this?

After seeing hundreds of new runners since the inception of The Movement HQ we’ve discovered 2 problems:

  1. People were running too much too soon

  2. They weren’t preparing their muscles, tendons, and joints to take on running loads

This lead us to think about how we could help our community be proactive! We want people to be enjoying the summer months of running…not spending it trying to rehab a nagging injury or ignoring the issue entirely.


How it works…

The program includes:

☑️ 6 week program

☑️ 3 run workouts and 2 strength workouts per week

☑️ workouts delivered through our coaching app

Additional details:

✅ The running program is 10 levels and builds up over the course of the 6 week program

✅ By the end of the 6 weeks you’ll be able to run 45 minutes without having to stop or walk

✅ The strength program is built to target the muscles, tendons, and joints that get loaded during running and will be progressive in nature so you can prepare your body for running

✅ We also include a weekly tip that will help your running along the way

The cost of the program is $49.99

As part of purchasing the program you will also get a free 30 min performance assessment ($125 value) with one of our registered physiotherapists (in person OR virtual if you’re remote)

This can be used to identify any areas of opportunity you can work on to continue to improve your running!
