Strength Camp Details

When?

This is a 6 week program that will run every Tuesday and Thursday Evening From 4:30-5:30pm Starting April 26th 2022 and end June 9th 2022

Learn about the fundamentals of the deadlift and overhead press, common mobility restrictions, technique breakdown and optimization, what accessory work you should be doing, and much more!

Meet Your Coach Nada Hassan

Nada loves setting big goals and conquering them, and is passionate about helping others do the same! When Nada is not at the clinic she spends her free time powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and doing Crossfit. If it includes a bar and weights, she’s game.

Nada completed her Masters of physiotherapy at University of Toronto and before that she completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber. During school Nada has worked as a strength and conditioning coach; as well as, coached powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, and crossfitters. Nada believes exercise and education are the cornerstones of successful rehab, and uses manual therapy and soft tissue techniques to supplement her approach.

Just in case you were wondering about her experience with competing, Nada is a world-level powerlifter with a 465lb deadlift, 380lb squat, and a 285lb bench press.

Does insurance pay for The Strength Camp?

Insurance coverage does not apply to the strength camp. Despite the fact that they’re coached by our physiotherapy team, this is not considered a physiotherapy service.

Do I need to be an experienced lifter?

This camp is designed for all levels! Everything is scalable to your individual skill level. Wether you are fairly new to the barbell or have been lifting weights for years. This program can help you!
