20k Run Program
This program is designed to prepare you to take on a 20km run/race. If you are using this program we would expect you to have a baseline level of running in your past. We suggest having been able to run at minimum 5-10k.
This program will be progressive in nature and be designed to have you running/racing 20k in 17 weeks!
