There have been many myths surrounding urinary incontinence in our sport, one being it's "normal" and another being there's nothing you can do to stop it.

Common and normal are not the same and it's time we start supporting ourselves and each other to take control of our health! Join us April 26th at 7:00pm at The Movement HQ where pelvic floor physio, athlete and women's health advocate, Jess Mahler where we learn more about your pelvic floor and how to handle leaking.

Jess is going to give us the run down on how to brace properly with big lifts, give us some tips on decreasing leakage with dreaded doubleunders and scratch the surface on other myths related to our pelvic floor and sport!
