BR365 x The Movement Community Workout

Are you looking for a morning of hard work and community vibes?

On Saturday November 4th at 10am Brandon from BR365 Strength Lab and The Movement will be hosting a community workout that will challenge you and bring you closer together with other people in the community.

The workout will be done at BR365 Strength lab which is located just up the hill from The Movement in Greensville at 315 Brock Rd.

The workout will be programmed for all levels of experience and fitness. This should not hold you back from signing up. Hard is relative and we will help modify and progress exercises as needed to make it suitable for any level.

If you are looking for a Saturday morning of hard work and fun you can sign up below to reserve your spot. It will be helpful for us to gauge how big of a group we will have!

ACF Hamilton: Wrist Extension Tolerance
