This workshop will discuss the importance of building an accessory program for your shoulders that involves stability work to become a beast when it comes to overhead work! Think about being more confidently overhead during push press, jerks, snatches, and any other movements you'll commonly see as a crossfit athlete. Further, if you've ever had pain with overhead movements, this won't be one you'll want to miss out on. We'll take you through movements, mobility work, and exercises so come online expecting to move!
