Bayfront Endurance - Tendons/BSI

  • The Movement Physio & Performance 118 Hatt Street Hamilton, ON, L9H 2G6 Canada (map)

Runners listen up! The force put on your body while you're running is 6-8x your body weight.

Are your tendons & bones prepared to withstand that kind of force? Bone stress injuries (stress fractures) and tendon problems are a couple of injuries that can keep you from running for a long time. Understanding the steps you can take to prevent this can keep you running...now doesn't that sound good?!

Spoiler Alert...  program management, nutrition and strength training are all key pieces to this!  Join endurance athletes & physiotherapists, Jess & Eric on November 10th 8pm at The Movement Physio and Performance HQ to find out just what tendon & bone stress injuries are and how to reduce the risk of them.

Come prepared to move as it wouldn't be a The Movement presentation without it.
