During this seminar we will work on two important movement patterns for getting strong and crushing life.
The hinge and squat are two movement patterns we experience on a daily basis! They seem similar but there are a few key differences when it comes to implementing them into your day to day life and training.
Physiotherapist Dalton and Don will take you through an hour of fun!
