Niggling low back pain in runners is an all too common occurrence and in practice at The Movement we often see the hips contributing to the problem. In this workshop our Physiotherapists will be taking you through some mobility and strength drills to explore how your hips might be contributing to that nagging low back issue We’ll teach you what you can implement on your own to help keep those areas strong and resilient.
