With the trails drying up and the weather getting nicer we expect more people than ever are getting out on the trails. I know our team sure is!
The trails around here are both plentiful and beautiful but also rugged and rooty making for a challenging environment for runners.
In this workshop our physiotherapists will be taking this group through a series of drills that focus on assessing and training hip and ankle stabilit so you can move more confidently through our local trail network and beyond!
