Mobility and performance are two concepts that are great goals in theory but in practice we see people struggling to achieve.

This physiotherapist lead workshop will dive into what we call the "Trident Approach to Mobility", how mobility and performance are often interlinked, and we'll both assess then explore some application of the trident approach to the hip complex.
